I would just rather be able to do that than us trying to play phone tag and not be able to obviously coordinate that. So if you want to book in a time for support from whatever it is that you would love support on or if you want to text me really quickly something that I'd be able to apply on. I'm genuinely really quick to be able to reply on text messages or send me an email. However, if you'd like to delegate some time for us to be able to more thoroughly support you on that journey. Feel free to book in a time that works best for both of us on my calendar below.

Whats The Luxe Living Process?

Yeah, awesome. Glad you asked that question. So we've developed a process that enables us to
work with our clients really effectively. And we've designed that as well from the customers need to
have security about what they're actually going to get on this, particularly on the early stages of us
providing a lot of these products so particularly on taking advantage of government grant options,
our process is that we do a quick discovery call with them to find out exactly what it is they want.
We then offer them either and they're at really tight timeframes if they wanted to do something
custom, but we can re navigate that on a customer by customer basis. We then either take a $550
deposit or a 990 if it's something that we already have, it's a $550 deposit. If it's something that we
needed to customize, it's a 990. And they if they wanted something customized, they give us the
plans of what it is they want and we draw that the that fee goes towards the drawing of the of the
CAD plans. It goes towards the renovations and the actual mapping of where they want to put the
granny flat on their block. That then we then help them to give that information to be able to submit
to council and that's essentially as far as they need to go. If they're attending to apply for the
government grant. Otherwise, the next step of that is to for us to be able to draw the actual renders
of exactly what it is they're gonna get. They then confirm the materials inside of that so they get sent
out or they see actual physical materials so they know exactly what it is that they're going to get. All
of this then goes into the contracts. So unlike a lot of other providers that are out there, we have set
contracts that hold both us and the client to the standard of quality that's going to be delivered. So
all those components didn't go into that if the client wants us to project manage this project. That's
when we start to find the exact trades that are going to be able to put that together in the local area.
And it's at this point where we're able to give a more accurate estimate of how much that's actually
going to put together in terms of the foundation's the assembly of that product connection to power
and water and sewage. It's at this next step once they've actually signed those contracts, that the
deposit 30% deposit is payable. And they've got two options here. One, they can open up a one part
contract, and under this one part contract, they're paying that amount to an escrow account. So it's
held in an escrow account, they pay an extra 7% for that because we actually obviously have to hold
all those costs while we're manufacturing the goods. So they either pay an additional 7% for that to
be held in escrow and they pay that to the escrow or they pay it to a licensed real estate agency. And
they say the 7% by doing that. The next step is for those goods to actually get manufactured. There's
then once they're actually verified that those goods are manufactured, and the client has done a
video to be able to see all those goods that have been manufactured and line them up with the
contracts. There's been another 30% And then depending on if the client is building it themselves, or
if they're having a project managed that there's a they doing it themselves then when the when the
products are shipped and sent to their site, and they verified it there themselves. There's a 40% or if
we are project managing it then is 20% payable when it arrives at site and 20% on project
completion. So I hope that answers that question.

Yes. So the materials that we use are we use steel frames. And we have the options as well on the
engineering that we have for those to be upgraded to hurricane grade three. So really strong
engineering of those of base materials and obviously the steel frames, the exteriors, they've got a
range of options and it's very customizable as well, but by default they have a metal outer which has
polyurethane inside of that. So it also helps on the insulation. There's also a double layer of metal
and polyurethane, which acts as cooling panels. So it's hot in the winter and cool in the summer. And
then we've got a number of different options on both the decking which is a composite wood
material. And in terms of internally, yeah, they've got a number of different options for both the
flooring, the bathroom, and those come from wood. flooring to tiles to high quality linin. And then
they also have a number of options to choose from in terms of if they want additional appliances by
default. Our options come as you would expect to walk into a rental so they don't have the furniture
in there but we can help with and have access to a number of different furniture options. But by
default, they come as you'd expect to be able to walk into a rental. So with the appliances as you'd
expect to walk into a rental

Well, thank you so much for asking that question, Chris. And I'm sure probably a lot of other people
are thinking, that same question there. We have developed a variety of different things that really
make it possible for us to be able to put these together. And one of the main things when our clients
had reached out to us and wanted us to be able to put together a solution that we were considering
is making sure that we don't sacrifice on quality, both in terms of the materials and how it's actually
put together. So all of both our materials and the end structure product is completely compliant and
above board regulation. We actually also have the option for them to upgrade their frame structures
up to hurricane grade three level, one of the only providers out there in Australia, that is even able
to offer that and both cost effectively as well. How we put together our stuff. So cost effectively is by
using prefabricated steel frames and these steel frames are designed and engineered here in
Australia to Australian standards and above that that regulation. And then we manufacture them in
Korea and China where they have been doing the style of manufacturing for a very long time. Not
sure of the exact years but sort of, I think as far back as 50 years now. So, you know, this is not new
technology that it's putting together. We however have because of our care, and how much that we
love to be able to help our clients on that journey. We customize things where a lot of other
providers don't. So both in terms of those materials and the materials that we use, again, are all
compliant, to both build regulation and council permits and we customize everything to make sure
and then we also give our clients the choices on those things to their long lasting products. In terms
of our exterior of those options. It's a metal clouded polyurethane product which is both fireproof
and enables it to last a long time while still looking really good. So it has finishes on there that have
the appearance of woods, brick and a number of different options that they can put on there. So it
still looks really nice and it's really weather resistant. And then in terms of our internal stuff you've
got a number of different options, including like wood and tile is the most expensive option for them
to be able to go with internally, mostly in terms of the time that it takes skilled trades to be able to
put that down. So it's a less recommended option and more so in terms of how long that's actually
going to take to set up an assemble that, but we offer that as an option. That's obviously up to them
that's more so in terms of the cost to set that up is going to be more costly for them, how we
manage to also keep down the cost of assembly because the product price of our options are the
designing, engineering and manufacturing and then their options sent to their site if they'd like help
on project managing that. We do that for 3300 For our two bedroom option. We then have the
option ongoingly to be able to assemble this with Young Kings but which is a young men's
employment and empowerment opportunity. They're still overseen by licensed builders and trades.
However, a vast majority of this is able to be put together by unskilled labor. So that also means that
our cost savings are very significant in that area as well and we're able to put that together in a lot
shorter of a timeframe than most other providers that I've seen out there on the market.
