How Much Will This Home Rent for?

There are many factors to consider, and we are happy to get you a more precise estimate however a general rule of thumb we work with is

1 bedroom/ Studio - $250-$350 per week
2 bedroom - $300-$450 per week
3 bedroom - $350-$500 per week

How much will my property value increase with a Luxe Home?

We generally see that our home solutions add an additional 30% sometimes more increase in the value of your asset by choosing a Luxe Living Home solution. For instance, we see solutions that cost our clients $100k being valued at $130k by the bank. This means you will have additional equity to be able to withdraw if you choose and can sell your property for higher when that time comes.

What will the setup and Assembly Cost Be?

The setup and assembly cost has many variables including, foundation or slab costs, construction type and materials and access to trades in your area, however we generally estimate between

What is included?

We include most of the materials required to make this a rentable or home ready to move into. However this doesn’t include labour, setup cost, foundations and connections to services. Click here for a full list of inclusions and exclusions.

How long will a build take?

Build times on site range anywhere from 7 days to 6 weeks depending on the product, however that doesn’t include pre fabrication and shipping which could be between 2.5 months to 5.5 months depending on a number of variables. For a break down of time frames click here.

How does finance work?

There are two types of finance, Secured and Unsecured , Secured Finance is Security Generally against land or a house , and unsecured is just finance against you as a person. Secured Finance is Always the Cheapest Finance you can get and could range from as little as 3% interest where Unsecured Finance ranges between 6.5% to 15%. How does council approval work?

If you choose we can support you with your council approval for a set additional fee, council approvals and requirements are different state to state and council to council.

Are these Compliant?

Yes, we provide all our solutions to be able to be compliant to Australian Standards, Rules and Regulations. However different Rules, Regulations and Standards are applicable state to state and council to council which is why we project manage to ensure these are met with your build certifier.
