Acting as a central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project, including the homeowner, builders, certifiers, and trades, to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the entire process.
Screening, Recruitment and Selection
Assisting in finding, selecting, recruiting and motivating reputable trades and services.
- Builders, Plumbers and Electricians who specialise in pre-fabricated homes or understand them thoroughly, ensuring they have the necessary expertise and experience to complete the project to the homeowner’s satisfaction.
- Build Certifiers: that are familiar with pre fabricated homes, have value pricing and streamlined systems with great customer service.
- Any other Trades or services you might need throughout your project.
Total Investment: $4,400 Gst Inc
Payment Terms
50% on commencement
50% on project completion
