You can Choose to have us support you right from picking a design, to customisation, council approval through to having them Fully setup and installed into services, like power, water, black and grey water and with also options on fully furnished and decorated.
Our Classic 1 Bedder falls under the new granny flat regulation, which means they can be set up in most states with minimal council approval as a secondary dwelling which we are also happy to assist with . The Classic 1 bedroom comes with all the homely features at a very tiny price.
