Warranties
As long as your home is put together by either us or a licensed builder it will have.
1 Year Defects Warranty.
Our products are made of quality materials and built to last, they hold a 1 year defects warranty terms and conditions and normal wear and tear apply.
7 Year Structural Warranty.
Our frames are structurally put together to last, and we build them upto c3 rated, which is cyclone 3 rated for places like Airlie beach , so they are built strong.
Guarantee
We guarantee that your Luxe Living Home will look feel and function as its set out to be, that’s why we prepare real renders of what the product will look like, send you out the actual materials it will be made of to choose from and provide a structural and defects warranty so you know its going to last.
Our process in depth detail
Phase 1
Discovery appointment to best asses your needs (your land, suitability, council approvals, finance). 3 days
Phase 2
Finalization of picking one of our designs or customize to create a new design from deposit which will go towards your build solution of $550 for standard or custom for $990 . 3d renders included. 7 days
Phase 3
Optional finalising material and colour selection renders and walk through so you can verify exactly what you'll end product will look like. 2 days
Phase 4
Estimate for your project with inclusions. 7 days
Phase 5
Contract creation and then acceptance for your project.1 weeks
Phase 6

Site Plans finalised for council submission from $990. 1-2 Weeks

Phase 8
Engage Building certifier, energy efficiency and home warranty insurance for council submission and approval. 1-3 Weeks
Phase 9
Pay 30% of your project cost with escrow to begin manufacturing your Steel Frames and Windows from a combination of Australia and China. 2-7 weeks
Phase 10
Build Foundations or Slab started Release stage build payment. 1-4 weeks
Phase 11
Pay 30% of your project cost into escrow to begin manufacturing the rest of your components from a combination of Australia and China. 2-3 Weeks
Phase 12
Pay an additional 20% once project parts completed into escrow and verified to ship from together from factory. 2-8 Weeks
Phase 13
Pay pre fab contract 20% once project parts received at your site or agreed location. 1-4 Weeks
Phase 14
Onsite construction starts , Assistance in project management. managing setup, assembly & connection 2-8 Weeks
Phase 15
Welcome to your new home or investment property.
Total Time
Contract to Completion of between 4.5 – 8.5 months
We have one part contract options where you can currently choose to pay 6% extra to hold your payments in approved escrow till project completion. Please note that because we need to fund the project to completion there may be a wait list for this option but be sure to ask us on this as we want to help.
