Setup and Assembly of different build solutions requires Modular home.
Setup and Assembly Can either be done as an Owner Builder or Project managed by our Team through third party trades and services. Rough Estimate and Break Down of what is required is below.
Pre Fab Setup & Assembly
pre fabricated components are pre cut and prepared and then flat packed and sent to site for setup and assembly on either stumps or slab. Unless the property is on a big slant or in a flood zone we often encourage our buyers to go on slab as the quality of build is higher and cost wise isn’t significantly more. For 60m2 build options we will use in this example you would be looking at.

A concreate slab costing roughly $12,000 to $20,000 or stumps generally around $5,000 to $7,000 , however with stumps you will need a base floor system also which will generally cost $6,000 to $8,000 and additional labor to set this up so cost wise its not to much different.
- 2. setup and assembly
setup and assembly of your build and connection to electrical, water and sewage and we integrate project management into our projects so we can support our clients with everything as we don’t directly currently offer setup and assembly as a licensed builder ourselves which means we can independently help find the most cost effective and quickest solution for our clients needs and match a solution to what is going to be most relevant to our customer if time is more of a factor. Typically setup and assembly of a 60m2 prefab solution will cost around $35,000 to $45,000 although when we start project managing we are able to support you get exact quotes from local providers. Then you will have connecting your power water and sewage to your actual site from wherever it needs to go and that will vary depending on your site.

$5,000-$15000.
So this would roughly be total setup and assembly cost of
between $10,000 to $20,000 for Modular Prefab.
